Autumn Friday 3 - North Cave Wetlands

Record shot of Barnacle Goose
Canada Goose - how it pains me to include this species!
ditto
Migrant Hawker
Doing something unspeakable!
Shaggy Ink Cap

The winds of over 25mph meant that the trip to Paull had to be abandoned, so we had to head for a more sheltered location. 40 species or so is the norm there, and today didn't disappoint. The highlights were a pair of Stonechat (am), a Redpoll flying overhead, a Barnacle Goose among Grey Lags (am & pm), plus a hyperactive Stoat while I was retrieving part of my camera from my car - never mind!
